Neighbor's Cabin

My neighbor is moving out of his cabin soon. It is a great place, but rustic, completely off grid but no built in shower and an outdoor compost toilet. It has electricity, electric heater and a sink built in on the front porch. It does have a water line from a well also to the cabin.

    Nice. Off the grid even better. Shower is an easy hack since it has water. How is the electric done...solar? Heck there even wind would work. And how about heat...fireplace, Franklin stove?

    Electric is done by underground cable to the cabin, there is a place to put a Franklin stove with a built in vent tube on the roof, looks like there was one in there in the past. Right now this guy is using electric heater. Has plumbing from a well, I would rent it if I did not have the place I have now..
